Aged Grappa Riserva from Chianti Colli Senesi
Distilled from our Vernaccia and Chianti Colli Senesi pomace in Faver Trentino Alto Adige, from the Pilzer distillery, where the master distillers Bruno and Ivano Pilzer produce our grappa with a discontinuous alembic still water bath.
The product then ages in steel or oak barrels for several years.
